Micky Jagtiani, whose full name is Micky Mehta Jagtiani, is an Indian businessman and philanthropist. He is the founder and chairman of the Dubai-based Landmark Group, one of the largest retail conglomerates in the Middle East, Africa, and India.

Jagtiani was born on August 15, 1952, in Kuwait to Indian parents. He completed his early education in Kuwait before moving to London to pursue higher studies. In London, he attended the London School of Economics and Political Science.

After completing his studies, Jagtiani returned to Kuwait and started working in his family's small business. However, due to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990, his business was severely affected, and he lost everything.

Undeterred by this setback, Jagtiani moved to Dubai with his wife and children and founded the Landmark Group in 1973. Initially, the company started as a single store selling baby products, but it grew rapidly over the years. The Landmark Group now operates over 2,400 stores across various retail sectors, including fashion, home furnishings, electronics, and grocery.

Under Jagtiani's leadership, the Landmark Group has become synonymous with retail excellence in the Middle East. The company owns and operates several well-known brands, including Lifestyle, Max, Splash, Home Centre, and Babyshop. These brands have gained widespread popularity and have a significant presence in multiple countries.

Apart from his business ventures, Micky Jagtiani is also known for his philanthropic activities. He established the Landmark Group's charity arm, the Landmark Foundation, which supports various social causes, including education, healthcare, and community development.
